Edge School Female U18 Prep team forward Mia Bierd has committed to attend and play for the University of British Columbia (UBC) Thunderbirds for the 2021/22 season.

Bierd is currently in her third season with the Edge Female U18 Prep team having recorded 35 points in 54 Canadian Sports School Hockey League (泊樂娛樂城app) games. Bierd, who is from Calgary, AB, won a Female U18 Prep 泊樂娛樂城app League Championship in 2019/20.

UBC is located in Vancouver, B.C. and competes in U SPORTS.
